ARM Unveils Cortex-A35, a 64-bit processor for smartphones

Present in all smartphones, tablets and connected objects, the ARM architecture is the cornerstone of all processors in the mobility market. Whenever the company innovates, all market players fits in stride. However, ARM used his conference ARM Techcon 2015 to unveil its new Cortex chip design. Dubbed Cortex-A35 architecture and based on 64-bit ARMv8-A, it combines the advantages.

First, Cortex-A35 can also work well in 32, than in 64 bits. Then it would consume 10% less energy than the Cortex-A7, but with a timeliness of 6-40% higher. Compared to the Cortex-A53, the new model is 25% smaller, while consuming 32% less and delivering 25% more power. The new chip design could allow manufacturers to develop even smaller SoC, powerful and energy-efficient connected to animate objects. We should find this chip in to many mobile end of next year.
