Contact a VIP in England on Facebook, can cost up to 13 euros

Facebook phone
Facebook has decided to move up a gear for paying sending messages to people outside the network of friends. In December, the company had begun testing this feature in the United States, in order to reduce spam at the mail's internal social network. According to The Guardian, the experiment is now extended to forty countries, including England.

But beware, the price varies depending on the destination. Send a message to your neighbor (s) will be cheaper than contacting a celebrity showbiz. In the UK, rates range from 71 pence (€ 0.83) to 10.68 pounds sterling (€ 13). The award is based, including the number of friends of the recipient and a "degree of fame" that Facebook computed from a secret algorithm.
